  I went in for an oil change for 4pm and they didn’t get me in until 4:15 even though the shop only had 1 other vehicle being worked on. The mechanic then continued to walk away from my vehicle to work on another vehicle. Turned a 15 minute oil change into 45 minutes of wasted time

  I woke up at my camp this past Sunday to a flat tire and was able to get enough air in the tire to make to this location and they fixed the flat quickly. Great customer service!
