- LTlarry thompsonApr 8, 20263.0I was there on 3/6/26 and noticed the next day that I had oil leaking so I opened up my hood and found the oil cap loose so I tightened it but oil went all over the motor and I went back down there and they cleaned it off and make sure it was tight so now that worries me about going back there again
- KHKelly HambyApr 3, 20261.0Took my car here for a NYS inspection. They failed the inspection because my "front rotors were rusty, possibly caused by a seized caliper". I'm a graduate student, so my car had sat in the driveway for a week or more during midterms. The rust that they failed my car over was nothing more than a light surface rust that cleared up after I drove the car for a few miles. You can see in the picture that the area where my caliper sat on the rotor is free from rust. My car passed without any issues at the shop down the street. I filed a complaint with the Department of Motor Vehicles Division of Vehicle Safety. I also called Valvoline corporate to be refunded the inspection fee. I wouldn't trust this place to change my wiper blades.
