Two days later he took my car in for the same oil change, same Valvoline branch (Canandaigua) and they refused to take the coupon! Cost me over $100 for my oil change!! Ridiculous! Not everyone has a printer, and nowhere does it say it requires being printed out on paper!!

What a difference. They have a great knowledgeable crew and if they run into trouble, they have an O.G. in the pit waiting to fix... everything lol. These kids are great. Fast service at a good price, with a wonderful staff...thanks for a job well done..
