Went there the first time was told to be there before 3:00 for an inspection the next time I went was at 2:00 and they still didn't want to do it even though it says pull in anytime 15 minutes services it's bullshit. I told the guy we were told to get there before 3:00 and we got there an hour earlier he didn't care and wasted my time and gas will take my money else where and wo ever go there again.do not recomend to go to canandaigua stairs at all two x customer service wasn't about the customer.

Two days later he took my car in for the same oil change, same Valvoline branch (Canandaigua) and they refused to take the coupon! Cost me over $100 for my oil change!! Ridiculous! Not everyone has a printer, and nowhere does it say it requires being printed out on paper!!
