  The staff at Enterprise of Canandaigua or some of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met. They’ve completely changed my mind on Enterprise and I will definitely be renting from them in the future. I ended up needing a rental car for a few days, while my car was getting assessed they were able to help me with utilizing my insurance and taking care of a rental I did on my own. They were professional, fast and smart. I would highly recommend this location. Definitely one of the best spots in the area.

  On 1/26/2026 at 2:30 P.M I left the rental truck at the collision shop for enterprise to pick up at 4:30 PM. I received a phone call from Enterprise stating that the truck had damaged in the back. Of course, when I walked around the truck it had absolutely no damage to what I could see before I left it and then was told that I would get a phone call after I made a stink about it expecting a phone call that day!! And January 21 I received the phone call from Enterprise stating that the damage was previous on a claim five weeks previous. When I did the walk around when I did pick up the truck it had a lot of scratches on it. It had tree branches in the back of the bed with a broken plant pot and the trunk was dirty inside. My lesson here is make sure you take a video when you pick up your vehicle and when you drop it off and try to find any damage that you can or you’ will get a phone call stating that you’ve damaged their vehicle until they figure out if it was damaged previously, I will never ever do business with enterprise again for my rental needs. Even though Zach got back to me from Enterprises, it was days after because he states he was sick. This is how you treat customers no thanks!! You don’t even deserve a one star you deserve zero ratings.
