  The amount of uncharged free work and supplies that I was given by this AutoZone was incredible. First I went in to get wipers. I ended up also buying windshield wiper fluid. While the salesman was willing to pour the wiper fluid into my car, He noticed my battery was corroding. He gave me good advice on how to take care of it. Unfortunately the wipers that I selected were not ideal. So I went in a second time and not only was I given free new wipers up in the front which replaced with an identical brand the wipers I had previously, but I was also given a free wiper in the rear with the similar high-quality brand. During the second visit, the salesman went out of his way and looked at the battery, cleaned and scrubbed it by hand, he put cleaning fluid on the terminals, and then put another solution on the battery in order to prevent corrosion. It’s been weeks since I have visited the store and the battery is not corroding as it had done very quickly before. I could’ve been charged $100 if I had gone to my mechanic. But AutoZone refurbished my car in a significant way with an insignificant expenditure on my part in order to replace my worn out wipers. Thank you so much.! If all businesses followed their business model, there would be no wars and peace on earth! 🙂

  I dont leave reviews often but the behavior and response I got from the staff on shift this Saturday morning was apalling. I went in asking for a jack through the free rent a tool program to help with my oil change and all FOUR employees asked me what I meant, and even after a more thorough explanation of what a hydraulic jack is, two still looked at me puzzled and one asked me if I needed to "go to the bathroom for it" making a self pleasure joke to me, a random man. Im really disappointed that the entire staff didnt even know what a jack was and that one of them thought it was okay to make sex jokes towards me. I always bought my stuff here for my two vehicles but I will not be doing so any longer.

  I like this store in Canandaigua. Whenever I need new wiper blades one of the nice men always put them on for me. Very friendly man helped me today.
