Only got one of the lug nuts off and had to rethread the stud and buy a new nut. Can't even get the tire off to look at my breaks since one nut won't budge.

My boyfriend's car had a tire that was visibly misaligned, we didn't need to schedule a check for it. Later I get a phone call that the online booking site was inaccurate, and the date/time that I scheduled for was unavailable. He was super flexible with my availability and he rescheduled me for a different day. When I came in for the newly scheduled date though they said he had only put me down for an alignment check, and would need to do the alignment on a different day. Waste of a trip but we understood accidents happened and scheduled for the service later in the week. But when we went back at the scheduled time of service they said that they had no record of an appointment for us that day. I have had great experiences with them in the past but this past one showed a lack of organization and communication between team members.
