  I highly recommend National Car Rental. Our experience at the Buffalo Airport in NY was flawless. Our vehicle was exactly what I selected and in good condition. No smoke smell, full tank of gas and very helpful pickup and return. Employees were also friendly and pleasant.

  Zee's customer service at my BUF airport rental (both at pick up and return) was so exceptional that it set a great tone for my trip arrival and helped me with a frantic, rainy return before a late departure. Absolutely made my day. Excellent customer service and an airport rental experience I'd look for again.

  National at the Buffalo Airport..absolutely the best car rental experience. Do yourself a favor and save time and stress and follow the signs to National. They will have you exiting the airport in 5 minutes flat. And as a bonus they are cool about it! You can tell they all like there jobs and it really shows. Plus the selection of vehicles is better…actually way better than average

  We had an excellent experience at the Buffalo Airport location. Unlike the other counters in the airport, the folks at national seemed genuinely happy to be there and excited to be doing their jobs. Christian and his teammates were professional, friendly, and very concerned that we have a good experience. We rent cars a lot, and I would not hesitate to return to this location and to rent with National again.

  I had a fantastic experience with National. Every staff member who worked on my case was truly great. I had a minor issue with a tire pressure sensor during my trip, and Christian went out of his way to make sure everything was addressed and that I was completely satisfied. ​In an era where customer service often feels like an afterthought, it was incredibly refreshing to be treated with such courtesy and kindness by the entire team. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
