  Great service from the Buffalo office but the Chevy 3/4 diesel pickup had the worst, weakest most dangerous headlights ever. It also did not have extending mirrors, together with the crap lights made towing at night in the rain high risk.

  I was just wondering if this is the same enterprise that called the customer asshole multiple times that’s all over TikTok on YouTube looks like a store manager just curious if it’s the same spot cause if so, maybe a boy caught it

  Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I will only ever rent from Enterprise and they continue to prove why. From check in to return the guys were excellent. I had to make a long journey to Florida back in January and ran into trouble along the way home. There was a little delay in getting help due to the time of day but I eventually made it home. This office was so accommodating and kind during the whole ordeal. Highly recommend!
