  The employees at this location were very friendly, however they seemed a bit unorganized and lacking in customer service and problem solving skills. I lost an item in a vehicle I rented, and must have called every day for an update. Each time I called I was told I would receive a callback with an update, but did not get one. After calling almost every day for a week I was then told to file a lost and found claim online where the matter could be handled. I appreciated the store employee for telling me I could do this, but I should have been informed of this process the very first time I called. I appreciate the employees who took my calls, but the very first moment I called asking to locate my item they should have instructed me to fill out a lost and found claim online.
