The staff at this location were playing around with each other while they worked and happy to be here and it made me smile. Not in an unprofessional way, in a human way where you’re glad they’re not bummed out to be at work lol. Very fast oil change with no wait. I love that they check air filters and lights and fluids and show you them instead of just telling you what’s up and don’t try to sell you on anything when it’s not needed. Valvoline is just superior, no matter which location I go to I’m always impressed and it just continues to enforce my faith in the company. I’ll gladly keep paying a little more for the experience I get here.

I always go to valvoline and I don’t think I’ve seen a better team than Samantha, Lanard, Krestain and Kavon working together. They were so fluid and knowledgeable and kind. I arrived right before closing time too. They left me on a very positive note and were so efficient. They absolutely deserve promotions or something because again, I’ve been a frequent customer here for years and never seen a team work so well together and give such a fantastic experience from start to finish.
