  If you are a minority seeking leasing stay away from this administrative region. This all started on 8/23 when I dispute a invoice I had a service rep with integrity whom I addressed when there was a issue. They moved him in hindsight I see why. I emailed and called Patrick Herron with no response I was in holding for a month in a dispute over estimated miles not accurate mileage but estimated miles until I got threatening email about default and termination of contract I agree in principle to the terms and made a payment and had my ach pushed from the 14th to the 28th my bank statement can confirm that in the mean time I withdrew my funds from the ach because I still wasn't satisfied with the estimated miles issue someone from Rochester called and convinced me to pay and dispute the invoice later I yield and made a payment on 11/9 however a default letter was issued keep in mind I have never missed a payment until this dispute I paid on 11/9and on 11/14 another ach was pulled I emailed Mr Mancini and asked was not the ach move to the 28th and was informed that we were contractual on the 14th of every month but he moved it to the 28th to accommodate penske but wouldn't move it to accommodate me of course there were harsh words spoken and it just goes to show the mindset of the mentality needless to say I am sure a letter of termination will follow..I will say this penske doesn't have a way to read the odometer in there own trucks and if they do they sure haven't found a way to inform all lease owners about it otherwise I wouldn't be sitting here posting.
