  Quick Summary: Penske has been a valuable partner to my company for quite some time. The front desk and main office staff are always polite, professional, and eager to assist. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the parts department did not reflect the same level of service. Details: During a recent visit, my associate and I felt uncomfortable with how we were treated. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was noticeable, and while I can’t speak to anyone’s intentions, we both felt that our interaction may have been influenced by the color of our skin. I’m sharing this feedback not out of frustration, but out of hope — that compassion and understanding can guide future interactions. We are all people, and respect should always come first. Love and kindness remain the highest forms of currency.

  Very professional service from everyone at this location Pat was outstanding and extremely accommodating on short notice We will definitely be back to this location when the need arises Thanks so much guys :)

  Customer Service was top tier! However I paid for a dolly and it was not in the truck and didn't start my move until evening hours and it was miserable without that dolly! Bad experience on the fact I did not get everything i paid for and made my moving experience HORRIBLE!!!!

  Wonderful people to deal with. Linda was assume. The druck was clean comfortable and got great gas mileage.
