I scheduled my appointment a day in advance to replace four tires on my car. I even took the afternoon off from work. An hour before my appointment, they called to tell me they didn’t have the tire size I had selected on their website (which never said it was out of stock). They offered a similar option, but at a higher price. I didn’t even bother calling them back. I will never again try to get service at a place that shows such little respect for its customers.

Desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and techs are as well. Unfortunately, I had my car on the alignment rack 3 times and yet my steering wheel is still not straight. After repeated attempts at properly aligning my car, I was given my car back with an ABS light, traction control light, collision braking assist light, seatbelt light, airbag light, and ADAS system malfunction warnings, and told that I should just take it to a dealer to resolve the computer errors. All of these safety systems were non-functional when I drove away. I have not had such an issue aligning any of my cars, including cars that had lowered suspension. This is a completely stock 2023 Toyota.
The tech was very willing to help and discuss and had nothing but good intentions. I commend their approach and the fact that they even suggested we drive the car together to talk through the alignment. It was just very unfortunate that a routine job took 3 attempts only for me to walk away with a steering wheel that isn’t straight and many concerning errors. Another local shop was thankfully able to clear these errors within 2 hours, stating that the ABS base setting was not correct. As someone who has spent years wrenching, rebuilding engines, transmissions, and routinely maintaining my own vehicles, it’s concerning that an alignment turned into a hassle and I was returned a car with non-functional safety systems and only a recommendation to take it to a dealer on my own time and dime. I will not be getting alignments or other services from this shop, however it seems that other routine jobs aren’t a problem based on the clientele I shared the waiting room with today.
