  I'm late writing my review, but better late then never! Just over a month ago we were in Buffalo spending the night for an early morning appointment at Roswell. We left the hotel to go get some dinner & while leaving the restaurant we picked up a large object that went through our tire. The tire went flat before getting back to the hotel so we called AAA. The flatbed was unbelievably parked across the street from the parking lot we pulled into. We requested that he take the car to the Goodyear shop a few blocks up the road. In speaking with someone at Goodyear the next morning I explained our situation. He couldn't get me a matching tire for 2 days so he worked with me to come up with a tire that matched the tread depth of the other 3 tires on the car. They were able to change the tire out with the new tire that morning so that we could get home that afternoon. We are extremely grateful for this shop & how much they did for us, especially since it was a Saturday! I highly recommend this business!

  Was heading home to Toronto and my fuel pump failed in my 07 Charger SRT8. The guys at the shop were all very helpful and were able to replace my fuel pump and get me back on my way in no time. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! They got me out of a tight situation.

  Had two tires replaced with a prior warranty at no cost. Received great service over the phone from Allan. Would highly recommend.

  My maintenance visit was for a 4 tire replacement, mounting & installation, balancing. The maintenance work was completed as specified, and within the time frame specified. A couple of issues arose during checkout. My old Goodyear credit card had been closed ( due to inactivity ) and I was unable to pay via Goodyear credit card. The service advisor Chris O'Malley , proceeded to get me a new Goodyear credit card (rebates were involved). At least 7 phone calls had to be made due to various aspects, taking an inordinate amount of time and patience by Chris and me. Chris and I were able to establish a new Goodyear credit account and pay for services rendered with the new account. I applaud Chris and Alan for their efforts. Thank you!

  I stopped by Goodyear this morning with a flat tire that clearly needed a patch and was purchased at this store. I am a returning customer who has been with Goodyear for years. Being down a car wasn't an option today. Unfortunately, I was told they wouldn’t even be able to look at it until tomorrow (keep in mind it was 9 AM). No offer to at least inspect the damage or see if it was a quick fix—just a flat "come back tomorrow" I understand being busy, but when it comes to something as urgent as tire repair, a little flexibility or customer service goes a long way. Disappointed by the lack of urgency and unwillingness to help. Over the years I have never said anything when I schedule a rotation appointment, and my car isn't taken back until 45 minutes after my appointment time. Today was the last straw though, in my time of need Goodyear left me stranded and for that reason I will find a new tire place. One note I did find a place down the street that helped me on the spot and it took them less than an hour. I didn't buy the tires from them it was just good customer service.
