They really made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I worked with Gabe, who is absolutely fantastic. He was compassionate, understanding, and never talked down to me. he just explained things clearly and went out of his way to make sure everything was easy on my end. The work on my car was top-notch—it looks amazing! They even detailed the inside, which was such a nice surprise. I’m really grateful for the care and service I received and would definitely recommend them. If you need work done, definitely go see Gabe and the crew at Gerber on Hertel Avenue in Buffalo. They’re good people who do great work. You won’t be disappointed.

My car was returned to me in a timely manner & from the start at the front desk to the very end I had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back if I need my vehicle worked on again for future repairs. Very happy with the way my vehicle was returned to me & the condition on the inside & out, they even cleaned up the interior & even fixed one of my headlights that I had installed myself a few months ago just as a courtesy when repairing my car from an accident. Overall good experience & will be recommending this business for friends & family that ask for suggestions.
