We were told that their system malfunctioned and there are now Zero cars for us. The manager told us that enterprise would refund the Ubers needed to get to the hotel and that we would just have to call customer service. Well after 4 phone calls to customer service and 4 promises of a call back, nothing has been done nor refunded. All I wanted was my $61 back for an unplanned uber but now I will not use enterprise again.

After an issue during my rental, I was told that an area manager would be reaching out to discuss my experience. It has now been 2–3 weeks, and I have received no follow-up, no call, and no communication whatsoever. That lack of accountability feels extremely rude and unprofessional, especially after setting the expectation that someone would contact me. As a customer, being ignored after raising concerns makes me feel dismissed and undervalued. Quite honestly, the way this was handled also left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning whether I was treated differently, which is never something a customer should walk away feeling. Customer service doesn’t end when the car is returned. I expected much better follow-through and professionalism from a company of this size

Made for a very uncomfortable week of driving. All my other experiences with Enterprise have been good. My experience in Buffalo was not.

My only complaint - whenever I rent from any rental company - is the car/windows were dirty and there was no antifreeze/cleaner in the washer reservoir. Found that out later when some ice and snow had formed on the windshield. Kudos to Zee who made an adjustment for my troubles. I would keep him around.
