  Not a good experience at the Buffalo Airport location .Never received a contract. Twice they said they would email it and never received it. They did not tell me there was a security deposit or the cost of it. Only found this out when I dropped the car off and the gentleman said the security deposit would “come off” my credit card. Did not show me how to use the car. I could not figure out how to open the gas tank.

  Tire blew on the rental, roadside assistance said 90 min for a tow truck. Took 3.5 hours while I was stuck in a small town with no uber. They customer service guy said oh well call non emergency services and hung up. Then they charged my card after saying they wouldn’t.

  Tom and Christian were absolute lifesavers, as my original flight was cancelled and I ended up in a totally different city at 9 p.m. I am an Avis Preferred member and planned on renting from them as a walk-up, but they (and every other agency) were sold out that evening. Despite this, Tom and Christian went above and beyond to find me a car - even though it was late and they easily could have given me the same answer as all the other agencies - and I otherwise would have been left stranded.

  I reserved three 12 passenger vans to transport our women’s hockey team to Erie PA. The counter staff were all great/helpful. We picked up the vans and got to campus & 1 van was a 15 passenger which meant an extra row of seats and NO STORAGE room for hockey equipment/bags which presented a real problem. Girls had to struggle to load bags on seats and made for an uncomfortable ride to/from our game.
