She has the worst customer service. Every time I walk in she will never help me. She always says oh go down there to computar at the end he'll help you. I'll go to the counter at the end and Lucas will assist with what I need. I needed my wipers put on and he didn't know how to install them. So, he said NY can you install the wipers for the customer and she said no is he gonna pay me. I said no isn't the service free? Lucas said never mind I'll ask Kim and she came out installed the wipers said have a good day and I left.

People kept pulling up and asking for help. He helped them and left me waiting. Almost an hour. I went inside to complain. He was helping customers in the store and ignored me. Finally he came over and said ok. I can help now. Took an hour and 20 minutes of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. I am beyond missed. There is no excuse for this at all
