  I enjoyed my experience with Alamo. Everything from online booking to pick up and drop off went smoothly. Prices were fair and my vehicle was great. The employee Matt who helped me at rental car return had great customer service skills and positive attitude.

  Trinity was absolutely amazing. After booking with avis and prepaid they had no car for us. Trinity was a life saver and fixed our problem. I highly recommend her for service. I'll ask for her next trip.

  Had such a smooth experience renting my car! The process was quick, the staff were friendly, and the vehicle was spotless and ran perfectly. Pick-up and drop-off were effortless exactly what you want when you’re traveling. Definitely renting here again next time!

  I rented from Enterprise at the wrong location through a 3rd party. No one had any cars so I caught the shuttle and rebooked when I got to my hotel at the Alamo Buffalo, again through a third party. When I arrived at Alamo, again no cars available as third parties do not know what is available. I was at my wits end as we were attending a funeral the following day. Nathan Madera overheard my daughter and I talking about what to do about the funeral and said he could not let us go without finding us something to drive. Nathan went out of his way to make sure we had a vehicle so we could attend my aunts funeral. I’m so grateful for his compassion and the extra help to find me a vehicle. Alamo will be my first choice going forward.

  I want to say it was easy to book a vehicle however my experience after that hasn't been great. Got to Buffalo airport to pick up the car spent 10 minutes wandering the underground as I wasn't given specific instructions from the counter attendant. I was told go downstairs with my luggage in tow look for row V. I walked to row V only to find that was not Alamo but another comp. I asked a random car jockey who at least directed me the Alamo kiosk. Once there the attendant instructed me to walk to the end of another aisle to find the vehicle. It was early morning so it was rather chaotic with car jockeys washing vehicles etc. Loaded the vehicle and drove to my destination which was a 1500 mile drive. I arrived at my location to meet my husband who asked me why I was driving on tires that were low on air and almost bald. He also found a Gatorade bottle and an empty chip bag under the rear of the driver's seat. Clearly the interior of the car had not be cleaned nor were the tires checked bego6I received the vehicle. I returned the vehicle to the Lafayette Louisiana airport drop point a day early only to discover there was no information on how to drop the vehicle or the keys. I entered the terminal to ask but they were uncertain. I discovered there were 3 metal key return boxes for various companies in an area blocked by signage? 🤔 It has now been 3 weeks and 5 phone calls later asking for my refund on the extra day. I was assured 3 agents in the refund had been processed yet when I called again on Thursday it clearly has not. This agent told me he processed the refund so now I wait again for 3 days....why is it that no one appears capable of doing their job with any level of competency?
