    Went in to replace my headlights that have a one year limited warranty. I had the receipt and the lady, (what a peach she was, NOT) her name is Michelle, told me she could not warranty because I had the wrong ”receipt” because the store mananger gave me the store copy, but yet she could find the headlights underneath my account number…. So I just said whatever I’ll purchase new ones, when she then began to ask for my number for warranty, I paused and looked at her and said you got to be kidding me. She then ask me to leave the store. Very poor customer service. This is just my first complaint. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning when they open. Unacceptable

    I bought the lifetime windshield wiper warranty. I have been back to this Advanced Auto Parts store twice in 10 days. To have wipers put on, both times they told me their system was down. Would not suggest this Advanced Auto Shop to anyone. Terrible service. They told me to go to another advanced auto parts store.
