  I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at Soft Touch Car Wash on 92nd Street in Bay Ridge. During my visit, I was charged at an SUV rate for my Tesla Model Y—a vehicle that, by widely accepted classification and even your own website, falls under the sedan category. When I raised this discrepancy, the manager chose not to address the concern professionally, but instead attempted to “re-educate” me with inaccurate information, insisting the vehicle qualified as a third-row SUV. This is simply not the case. Beyond the factual inaccuracy, what was most troubling was the dismissive tone and unwillingness to engage in a reasonable, customer-focused discussion. A difference of a few dollars may seem minor in isolation, but when such practices are applied consistently, it raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. A business that serves its local community should operate with integrity, clarity, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience reflected the opposite. I left not only overcharged, but with a diminished sense of trust in your establishment. I strongly encourage ownership, including Mr. Orlando, to revisit both pricing policies and staff training to ensure that customers are treated with accuracy, professionalism, and respect moving forward.   If you care about your car, avoid this car wash at all costs. I brought my brand new car in because, like anyone excited about a new vehicle, I want to keep it clean and well maintained. I requested a wash, vacuum, carpet cleaning, and interior wipe-down. While I’ve been here before with my old car and knew the drying wouldn’t be perfect… Unfortunately, I left very disappointed. Not only was the car not properly dried, but I later noticed that the screen on my dashboard had been scratched. This is extremely frustrating, especially on a brand new car. It seems like they may be using dirty or rough rags and handling interiors carelessly. I can deal with minor things like having to touch up drying at home, but damaging a dashboard screen is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place if you value your vehicle. Oh and their prices are ridiculously high for their crappy work.

  Literally the worst place for a car wash. I really hope someone else opens up a new car wash in bay ridge for this place can go out of business

  The employees don't clean the car well. The employees never know how to answer a question about extra cleaning. The car is always dirty in several places. After I paid for the Platinum…. Terrible service and unfortunately this place is the only one near me.
