  I hadn't even been parked for more than an hour, yet they charged me $49.21. I believe this is incorrect and does not align with their posted rates; they clearly listed the price as $21.93.

  Terrible workers who stole our money. I paid for parking through an app, my husband dealt with the attendants while I stayed with our infant in the car. They charged him for parking again then refused to refund us when he realized I already paid.

  I just had a horrible experience at your LAZ - 92 Livingston street location in Brooklyn. I paid $25 for parking from 2pm - 5pm. When I arrived to scan my ticket, the machine was out of order and no attendant was at the desk to assist me. when an attendant came, my ticket scanned at 5:14. Just a few minutes after 5, no grace period? I was charged an additional $25 for a few minutes!! When I asked for a discount, he told me NO, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the attendant pointed to his shirt, showing the “manager” engravement! After I paid the $25, the attendant just handed me my keys and didn’t bring my car around! Just rude! I was also there with my 2 small children!! I paid $50 in total for 3 hours and 14 minutes, that extra fee of $25 is shocking! I feel robbed and taken advantage of!

  I’ve parked my car here for about 4 years now and consistently had a good experience. Monthly rates are more reasonable than other places in the area. Location is convenient but the staff is what makes this so great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They are efficient at getting cars in and out even on busy days.

  I’ll start by saying the staff at this location is excellent. This 1 star is directed exclusively at management. Since the LAZ rebrand/purchase, the systems here haven’t been functional. Remote car retrieval is impossible, and it’s clear the staff are being left to figure things out without working tools. Also, the system wants to charge me double my monthly rate so another phone number can retrieve the car. Absolutely ridiculous. I suggest bringing back the old Edison Parkfast software which was leagues better. This text message system is 💩
