  such good service, Brandon and everyone else are running this place like the navy (of smiles and friendliness)...no upsells, he pointed out cosmetic damage during pickup clarifying they were registered but suggested i take pics anyways for my own peace of mind. both pickup and dropoff had me in and out in <10 minutes, great service from everyone, clean car, imo it's way worth paying a little more to not have hertz ruin your plans and make you hate your life and get in a fight with your girlfriend or husband

  I rented a vehicle for 30 days with this particular location, my toll rate for Manhattan was $9, then last month I rented a vehicle for 6hrs ( one day), and now these people are charging me $12.03 for a $9 toll, and $4.95 for service charge. This is how these companies continue to steal for regular people. Congestion relief zone fare for a regular car is $9, not 12.03. The money isn't the issue for me, but by the time you add up a few thousand people, then you understand the scale of their rip off It's disgusting.

  The staffing was very nice and they had a car that was to my liking. The car was spacious and clean and drive like dream. Would definitely rent a car again.
