  The customer service staff at the Foster Avenue Enterprise is superb. Chloe was the representative who worked with me. She was patient, kind and incredibly helpful. Even though it got busy, Chloe maintained a very professional and kind demeanor. I was sincerely impressed with her patience. Despite the pressure, she still had a kind smile. Not sure how she does it. Honestly, I can learn a thing or two from her about being patient and kind, especially when dealing with a impatient customer. Much appreciate to Chloe. She's a star.

  I was really pleased with my experience at enterprise. The manager was extremely helpful and attentive. The young lady who helped me (so sorry I'm bad with names) customer service skill were amazing. I will definitely rent from here again. The teamwork was impressive!!

  Ashley gives 10 out of 10 customer service experience. I will always keep coming back just because of her. Stewart is really awesome too. Thank you so much for the awesome job you guys do.

  Our pickup this past Saturday scheduled for 9am was delayed for one and a half hours due to a long line of people with reservations (and no reservations) simply waiting, with only one teller. This made us extremely late for our function. This will be unacceptable in most any other neighborhood and location. Why here? Will not recommend. Do better.

  I had an amazing experience at Enterprise, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Dante! His customer service skills are truly top-notch. What stood out the most is that he wasn’t trying to upsell just to make money for the company—he genuinely focused on what was best for me as the customer. He took the time to suggest options that helped me save money while still fully enjoying my rental, which I really appreciated. I also want to recognize Justine the assistant manager for her outstanding support. She assisted me with a claim I had to make for my rental and worked closely with me to ensure my rental was extended until my vehicle was fully repaired. That level of care and attention really made a stressful situation so much easier. The entire staff at this location is awesome—friendly, professional, and very helpful. It’s clear that this team truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to provide a great experience. I will absolutely be coming back to this location whenever I need a rental, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to others.
