  My experience with this Enterprise location began with high hopes. Recommended by my insurance company, I arrived with a relative—a frequent, loyal renter—to secure a vehicle. The initial service was excellent; we were greeted with a complimentary upgrade and, acknowledging my relative’s status, were explicitly promised that the additional driver fees would be waived entirely. It felt like a seamless, professional experience. That feeling vanished the moment I opened my final bill. Despite clear assurances at the counter, I was hit with charges for two additional drivers, totaling over $500 in unexpected fees. Being promised one thing only to have the final invoice tell a completely different story is deeply frustrating and undermines the trust I placed in your team. I am publicizing this because I expect the integrity of your initial offer to be honored. I am requesting an immediate reversal of these unauthorized $500+ charges associated with rental agreement #237RHM.

  Found out that my mom had made a reservation through Expedia for the wrong date and had to get set up with a new car last minute. Jeff was really patient and helpful with the whole process and tried his best to match the rates we got from the online booking. While we were waiting, I noticed a couple repeat customers as well as a delivery guy come in and could just tell immediately how familiar everyone is with each other and we love to see it. It’s a good location with good people, and a step up from going to Coney to get our short-term rentals. Shoutout to Jeff (and Ricky, if I remember correctly, for helping the influx of customers that came in while Jeff was setting us up)!!

  Quick easy rental ! Wish the fleet of cars is a bit newer but it get the Job done! Customer service is amazing! Outstanding! Jeffrey and Alexander are both amazing! They are very very kind and extremely helpful ! Will definitely come back
