- ILIsana LoshinskyApr 28, 20263.0My comment is about informing customers about the use of the EZ Pass that belongs to the company. The rest of the process went smoothly enough, no complaints there. I do not use a rental car every day, and I as a customer may not be aware of the rules about the rental company EZ Pass tag. I wasn't warned to keep the box closed not to get charged close to a $5 a day on top of the actual toll charges. I was using my own tag. The rental company attendant did not even bother to close the metal box with the tag when she looked inside the car and asked me if I was using my own tag. I found out about these nuances after I had returned the rental and we were discussing the bill. I think a little more respect and a little more training should fix this issue.

She was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident and taken care of before driving off. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend working with Tatiana and will look forward to renting from Enterprise again because of her outstanding service.

Nothing but the run around for 2 MONTHS staff stating “we don’t have the car yet” Now I am told that the car was sold at auction.. WERE ARE MY BELONGINGS? Manger answered “well after 30 days”” You knew I told her… why wasn’t an inquiry made for items before the sale??? Horrible company
