This dealership was comfortable and relaxed but the best part was the salesman I worked with. I have leased a car every three year for over 25 years and each time I have found the experience very stressful. My experience at Volvo of Brooklyn finally made the experience an enjoyable one. I worked with Clarence Smith. He was patient, friendly and warm. No pressure, just a sense of honesty and integrity. He showed me respect and never tried to hustle me. He far exceeded my expectation. I was truly impressed with his exceptional service and attention to detail, knowledge about the product and help in understanding pricing and purchase and lease option. No matter how many questions I asked he stayed with me patiently offering honest responses. No pressure. I was left with a certainty that I had made the right choice and I appreciated his courtesy and talent. I finally enjoyed the experience of leasing a car. I don’t often write reviews but Clarence earned it.

My wife and I casually walked into Volvo just to check out a vehicle, and Leo immediately took us seriously. Even though we were just exploring options, he took the time on day one to sit down with us, go over the numbers thoroughly, and answer all of our questions without any pressure.
Two weeks later, we came back and ended up leasing a brand-new XC90 — and the experience was just as smooth the second time around. Leo was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.
I would absolutely recommend Leo to anyone in the market for a new car. Great experience from start to finish.

This dealership is wonderful! We got a flat tire in Staten Island with a 2 hour drive left to get home. It was later in the day, and challenging to get a tow due to the weather. We called Volvo Brooklyn and they took such amazing care of us. They made sure they had the tire and got everything ready before we even got there, and committed to making sure they would change the tire so we could get home, even though it was the end of their day!! Thank you Thomas Palladino and team for taking such great care of us!! Truly appreciate it!!

For the most part it was fine.2 things to consider. First, for a customer, please try to understand which the door to put the car in for the service dept. . Second, Prem, who was great, said that he would come back to the showroom when the car was ready, but didn’t. It was fine. A
Few days later I got a text saying my car was ready, so that is a glitch on your end
Otherwise very happy with the result.
Volvo company has great services, sends Lyft for pick up and return. Some times they wash my car before returning to me after a routine service. But this location seems overwhelmed!!!
Came in for a scheduled routine 10k mile service. Left fine. Got home and engine light came on. Dropped car off next day for diagnostic of the engine light - computer shows no record of it on. A month later, engine lights comes back on, again I drop the car off to get checked out. Both times I am not able to get clear answer of what is wrong with the car or get get car returned to me in a timely manner.
