  I just bought a Grand Cherokee from United CDJR after seeing a deal on instagram and I honestly couldnt be happier. I worked with John Stemma and he was seriously great from start to finish. From the first message I sent about the instagram deal he got back to me really fast and answered all my questions. Everything was exactly how it was advertised which I really appreciated. No weird surprises or pressure or anything like that. He explained the pricing, features and financing in a way that actually made sense and didnt make me feel rushed. When I came into the dealership he already had everything ready to go which made the whole process super smooth. He took the time to walk me through the features on my Grand Cherokee and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and wants them to have a good experience. Buying a car can be stressful but this was honestly easy and even kinda fun. I love my new Grand Cherokee and Im really glad I got to work with John. If youre going to United CDJR definitely ask for him.

  I just wanted to leave a quick review for John Stemma at United CDJR because buying a car is usually stressful… but this time it actually wasn’t (which shocked me). From the second I walked in, John was super laid back and easy to talk to. No weird pressure, no “let me talk to my manager” every five minutes kinda vibe. He actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to push something way out of my budget. That alone deserves a medal honestly. He explained the features without sounding like he memorized a script, and when I asked probably dumb questions about financing he didn’t make me feel clueless. He just broke it down simple and straight. There was a couple moments where the process felt long (because car dealerships be like that lol) but John kept checking in and making sure I was good. You can tell he actually enjoys helping people and not just trying to close a deal and move on. The whole experience felt real and not fake-salesman-energy which I appreciate alot. If you’re going to United CDJR, ask for John. He’ll take care of you and won’t make it weird. Solid dude.
