Very disappointing experience. I drove all the way here, waited in line, and only after my car was already being washed, I was told that TLC license plates do not qualify for the monthly unlimited wash. This restriction was not mentioned anywhere when choosing the plan. That’s extremely misleading and a waste of customers’ time. Policies like this should be clearly stated upfront, not explained after the fact. I won’t be coming back.

On January 2nd I came to sign up for membership, and told the girl on front desk and she charged me for the first month discounted rate 37$
So the next day (Jan 3rd) I come to wash my car (thinking that I have a membership for the whole month) they tell me that I don’t have anything. So, on the front deal there was a different girl already, and she said that the other girl made a mistake and charged me 39.57$ for the platinum (vip) wash. When I assumed that was for membership for the whole month.
Why would I pay that price if I can get a monthly do that rate?
There wasn’t a manager on site, and I need a refund for that wash because the girl from Jan 2nd made a mistake.

I have two vehicles; for one, I have unlimited exterior washes whenever I want, and the other I wash only when I need it. Well, I took this latter vehicle to be washed with the Platinum service ($40 + tax), which comes with a 48-hour guarantee. However, the guarantee is just talk because they did not honor their promotions written on the wall, which clearly offer an exterior wash in case of rain within the guarantee period.
There is a Honduran man who works there who calls himself "Manager" who treated me with arrogance and did not honor the promotion (It was his decision), so I canceled my monthly subscription. By the way, I don't know what he said to the guys who dry the cars because they didn't even want to dry it for me (they did run my car through the wash but they didn't dry it); the guys gave me a "Dirty Face" (a dirty look) telling me that I didn’t pay the service SMH… So, I not longer recommend this car wash.
I also have videos of the incident. I will be posting them to share with everyone, as they clearly show the unacceptable attitude of your workers. The cashier was new at her position (and was satisfactory), but the gentleman in this picture took things personally. Despite the overall poor service provided, I still left a tip. Because it's evident that good manners are not something your employees take seriously, I have canceled my subscription and hope you can honor that decision.
