The only downside for me is the transportation to the area; but that has nothing to do with them, and actually, I’d definitely think about renting from them again in the future, too. - CCChristina CalvelloOct 17, 20251.0Let me start off by saying I was specifically sent to this location after calling customer service because I was given a car that reeked of marijuana and the air vents had about 2 inches thick of ashes that were not wiped clean and the amount of dings around the car was just unacceptable for the amount of money I am paying. Just a horrible experience from the moment I walked in stating they do not have any “luxury vehicles” he doesn’t know why I was sent there even after reading the note on my account and then the guy I believe his name was Miguel, after about 15 minutes of scrolling on his computer he tried to proceed and give me the keys to a car that had a hit and run and rims and back of the car scuffed with yellow paint as if someone backed up into a pole. The guys in the parking garage are miserable and curse when having to actually do their job. Not to mention I was sitting there waiting while I watched one guy hide didn’t even ask if I needed assistance. When I asked the manager if he would take the car they tried to give me he just struggled his shoulders. After going back to the desk once again I mentioned charging me MORE money (even though I already paid for a luxury vehicle) just to receive a decent car the kid then proceeded to tell me they have more cars ………… make it make sense. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
