- JKJason Kwok2 days ago1.0I’m extremely frustrated with how Sixt has handled a straightforward reimbursement. I would definitely avoid Sixt at all costs, this will be the first and last time I’ll use Sixt. During my rental, I paid out of pocket for 2 tire replacements due to a flat tire. Sixt confirmed at the time that this expense would be reimbursed and I submitted all required documentation as asked. They have, since then, not responded to any of my emails and not given me my reimbursement. This is definitely a shady rental car company. Will update review if anything changes.

I rented twice in two weeks and each time pick up was fast and very friendly with Al - he even gave me directions and tips about tolls for my trip upstate. Both cars (BMW) were clean and performed flawlessly. On my second rental, the check engine light came on before my departure. I stopped into the garage and Al was super quick to help and fix the minor issue. I went on to drive to Lake Placid and had a great time! The quality of the cars Sixt has on hand can never be beat. I’ll continue to be a loyal customer!

The employee who helped me, Queen I believe, was extremely kind and helpful, particularly considering it was right as they were opening in the morning. Definitely hope to rent here again!
