I will admit that the work was completed quickly, when they called to tell me that everything’s completed I informed them that I will come to get my car the next day, the lady said okay no problem. Upon my arrival to get my car at 4pm I find that the place is closed. Their posted hours are from 8am-5pm and it’s crazy to me that I showed up an hour before their supposed closing time and they were already gone! I called corporate to complain and their only solution is for me to come back the next day. They fail to realize that some people have busy schedules and refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoing for not being open during their advertised business hours. To add insult to injury, once I finally got my vehicle back I notice a scuff on my brand new windshield. I could never recommend this joke of a business to anyone and I sincerely hope nobody I care about brings their car here.
