Went to the Glendale, Queens shop in NYC to have two windows repaired after my car was broken into. Not only did they not want to do a mobile repair and made me come to the shop but they did an awful repair leaving my windows in worse shape then the original. It took several repeated unanswered calls to the general customer service number (the worst customer service) and getting into stressful encounters with the tech (Andrew) at the Glendale shop before I was given the option to have it repaired (again) at another shop. I went to the Brooklyn shop and what a difference. The lead tech Chris and tech named Joe were professional and let me watch them work where we all discovered there were glass pieces wedged in the window that were never vacuumed out, my rear passenger door was never reinstalled properly and there were missing bolts and screws that were never put back. It took three of my Saturdays to finally have this done properly (as the Glendale shop wasted my first two Saturdays) when it could have been done properly the first time. Man what a nightmare. Next tike I will go straight to the Brooklyn shop or a local auto body..
