  The driver in the van I was in had new tires (a month old) from Mavis and it instantly caught a flat today. We went to this place to try and fix one flat under warranty and they just filled it with air and wisked us away. (We found a nail or screw in the tire at another place in under 1 minuit)

  I came here to get a wheel alignment and get my road ready for a long distance trip. I didn’t have an appt but I called and was able to be serviced anyway. Brian, the manager was great. I saw him deal with difficult customers with professionalism and calm. Kyle was the one that did my wheel alignment and he did a great job. It wasn’t the fastest service but they were busy. They rotated my tires for free and they gave me a small discount. Anything helps nowadays. So why the one star deduction you might ask?!? Kyle left his oily handprints on the canvas of my driver side window when he was stepping around the elevated platform. I had to get it detailed in order to get that removed. The amount of the detail cancelled out the discount. If that would not have happened, it’s a 5 star encounter. I would recommend them but they have to be more careful about where they place their hands.

  Mavis Discount Tires Brian and Matt and their team of efficient staff were exceptionally helpful and they took good care of me and my vehicle. I got great advice from them to make sure my vehicle was fully inspected and road ready. I got a great discount on my tires that made them affordable for me. It afforded me to have new tpms sensors installed in the tires. On their advice I will be back tomorrow to have my brakes and rotors replaced with new ones. Thanks a million for your special attention and support Mavis Discount Tires. I am truly satisfied with your service.

  So I don’t usually do reviews or said like do it especially bad ones but I believe I need to say this. On two separate accessions I came to this place and I wasn’t satisfied first time wasn’t as bad second time. Last week I went to check a noise I have been hearing turns out my power steering was corroded and needed a flush the guy at desk suggested I change my front tire I wasn’t at store at the time for him to show me proof why but he told me it was rubbing etc and I was like ok kool. Long story short they did it when he was processing the payments he gave discounts which I appreciate he then said hey don’t pay attention to the computer it’s gonna say something about your front tires etc I said kool. Drove car home all was good. Next morning I went to search for parking my car start wobbling mind you I just change tires so I am confuse when I found near by parking I realize my tire was flat and the other one barely has enough air in it I then call back they trying to now saying I am the one at fault and they suggested I drove car to a gas station to get air I did not listen I then call insurance company they sent a guy to change it to the spear I then drove Back here and explained to them they took a look after waiting they gonna call me showing me a perfectly puncture hole in the tire saying I caught a flat I said show me what was in it they can’t. Bruh why as I change tires I some how caught a flat with this perfect puncture they said they gonna patch it up etc mind you I already spend 500 they said they do it for free after few days my tired back to being flat again. Now I ain’t no mechanic nor God I don’t what exactly happen all I know becareful. Because ever since they touch my car the computer keep saying flat tire see dealer and that’s second time they do service and my car and computer saying something happen

  ⸻ ⭐ 1-Star Review – Avoid This Shop!!! My experience with Mavis Discount Tire was extremely disappointing and concerning. After the work was completed, I questioned the authenticity of the catalytic converter installed on my vehicle and requested proof that the part was OEM (invoice, part number, or manufacturer documentation). They refused to provide any evidence. I then presented photo evidence clearly showing that the catalytic converter installed was an aftermarket product, not an original Toyota part. Even after being shown this evidence, the staff still refused to acknowledge it or provide documentation. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they dismissed my concerns and told me that “the check engine light would come on if it wasn’t original,” which is false and misleading. A check engine light does not prove OEM authenticity. The way this was explained felt condescending and unprofessional. Key issues: • Photo evidence showing aftermarket parts • Refusal to provide OEM documentation • Dismissive and misleading explanations • Over $2,000 charged for what appears to be a cheap aftermarket installation • Once questioned, they were no longer willing to communicate This is not acceptable behavior for a national chain. When charging thousands of dollars for emissions-critical components, transparency is non-negotiable. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities. If this happened to me, I can only imagine how many other customers may have been misled. Please avoid this shop. They are not trustworthy
