Granted they were packed so I said no problem. 4 hours later, still no service done on my car. I talk to the front desk staff who were actually kind. I was told there was only 1 mechanic and my car might not be fixed today. To which I asked to see the mechanic because I have wasted a whole day and gas. He takes his time and finally comes to me. Telling the same tale of oh we might not be able to do it. Come tomorrow. I said I’ve been here all day. You haven’t even ran your own diagnostic. He’s claiming because they would’ve charged me. Like ok but it wasn’t offered. I tell him again I had it diagnosed somewhere else so it’s either a spark plug or a coil which isn’t lengthy work. He then asks to see under my hood. DOESNT TOUCH ANYTHING. JUST LOOKS. Then proceeds to tell me even if it is just a spark plug he refuses to do it. Same if it’s just a coil. He’s only willing to do a tune up for $1500!!!! LITERALLY INSANE. A WASTE OF TIME. THEY TRY TO JERK YOU WITH THE PRICES. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER MAVIS AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND.

Brian looked at my oil health and offered an oil change - which made the experience convenient and efficient. I did have to come back because there was a slow leak in one of the tires after being mounted but they handled it quickly (as there was a leak at the valve stem) and I was back on the road. All in all good experience at this location and would recommend.
