  I was in the area for a very special occasion and usually park at the garage up the road. This time we chose to park here because of timing and convenance. The sign with hours and rates looked suspect to me since it was different than all the other parking places I have parked in. At the end of a long special day our evening was tainted because we were charged more than double for the time we parked there and more than the over night rate! The sign and the hours charged did not add up to anything posted! It was a huge disappointment for I have used this company parking all over the city, unfortunately it ruined the perfect day and we feel we were not treated fairly. I will choose the competitor now every time! Lost long time customer.

  We parked our minivan there last week Friday night and used it Saturday all day. I picked up my car on Friday night waited 30 minutes...why? Because the attendant saw me waiting with my tag and brazenly took other customers keys right in front of me. He literally went around me and took the white couple's keys and and another Indian man with two white women keys. I said "Bro don't you see me standing here waiting before them?" He just looked at me and kept it moving, then he came back after getting their cars and asked for my ticket. After scanning it he asked if I paid already. What? It was clearly paid for because after you scan the tix it comes up. On Saturday morning we had to use it again. So we paid online like the night before because we wanted to use the garage for at least 24 hours that day due to an event in the park I was working. It charged my wife's card $40 for 2 hours. After trying to change it for an hour online we couldn't change it. Another worker who saw our plight told us to use another app and select the times we need and pay $40, call customer service which I did and ask them to cancel the previous transaction because we didn't use it. I called the customer service and they canceled the reservation and said they would refund the money. There's no refund to date and it turns out they posted the charges on Monday. I'm not happy with that service. I'm giving it 3 stars because a lady on Friday night was quite pleasant and helpful and she told us if we do it online it's much cheaper than the walk in rate. It worked Friday night but not Saturday. The rep gave me an email to explain the situation to the parking garage manager but I never heard from him
