They totaled my car. My vehicle was severely damaged by a LAZ Parking attendant while parked in one of their managed garages. Despite clear evidence that their employee caused the accident, the company has refused to provide insurance information or take responsibility. Instead, they’ve tried to shift the burden onto me and my insurer.
It’s completely unacceptable that a company entrusted with people’s vehicles would operate this way. Their handling of this situation has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and shows a total lack of accountability.
If you value your vehicle, I strongly advise against parking in any lot operated by LAZ Parking.

Horrible. Charged me an extra $10 because my car was "oversized." I drive a VW Golf Wagen. Same height and footprint as a sedan. The attendant told me it was because it is a hatchback and they require extra space. Funny, it fit on the lift they use for regular cars just fine.
I'll never park her again. Complete rip off.

Stay away! Worst experience ever. Very rude attitude upon receiving your car. They told me pay online 30 minutes before you come to pick up your car, I did, when I arrive there they told me you have to wait for 20 minutes, it ended up for more than one hour!. They were very rude. They park your car somewhere else, only one person is there and someone has to bring your car, so good luck with that. Tons of people were waiting for there cars with no discipline. If you want to ruin your trip, just go there. Just read other reviews.

Holiday Inn BK, should in no way advertise VALET parking!!!!!
This valet service was HORRIBLE, on a scale of 1 to 10 they were 0. The service attendant was overwhelmed and had no response for customers that checked out at 11. I checked out and waited 1 hour and 25 mins for my car. The hotel and parking service have declined by 80%... damaged cars, hot and upset customers.
My suggestion is for the parking lotto work with the hotel and have all customers checking out cars housed on-site not somewhere you're told will take an hour to get to your location.
My car was moved from the hotel 7:58 the morning I was checking out. That made no sense.
Horrible and still had charges deducted for such horrible service is unacceptable!

Worst experience I’ve ever had ! We were told to text 30 mins before we needed our car, which we did at 11:10am. When we got there, tons of people were waiting outside in no order. We stepped inside to let someone know we were here and an employee yelled at everyone inside to go outside. While outside in the 30 degree weather, an employee named Rommell C came up and took information from another young lady who had just showed up. I told him that we were here first, he proceeded to yell at us and address the crowd to calm down, when no one was elevated. We finally gave him our car info only to be told our car was in another parking lot and it would be 30 mins. So I got upset, why did we have to text ahead if they only requested the car when we get there. He said the car was at the Brooklyn hospital parking lot. According to the GPS that is 6 mins away, yet it took us 50 mins to get our car. And only after I made a big fuss. I was told that was supervisor would be there to talk to me. I waited an additional 30 mins and a supervisor never showed up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Never parking at a LAZ parking lot ever, and you shouldn’t eitherz.
