They totaled my car. My vehicle was severely damaged by a LAZ Parking attendant while parked in one of their managed garages. Despite clear evidence that their employee caused the accident, the company has refused to provide insurance information or take responsibility. Instead, they’ve tried to shift the burden onto me and my insurer.
It’s completely unacceptable that a company entrusted with people’s vehicles would operate this way. Their handling of this situation has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and shows a total lack of accountability.
If you value your vehicle, I strongly advise against parking in any lot operated by LAZ Parking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn in downtown Brooklyn, and my experience was made all the more enjoyable by the exceptional service I received from Jonathan Soria, the valet attendant. From the moment I pulled into the hotel, Jonathan greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. He efficiently and safely parked my vehicle and offered me a detailed map of the area, highlighting some of the best attractions and restaurants that Brooklyn has to offer. He also informed me about the other parking lot they are providing byt he made sure that he too care of my vehicle the whole three nights I spent in that hotel. What truly set Jonathan apart was his exceptional level of customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, and his professionalism and courtesy made me feel like a valued guest.
Throughout my stay, Jonathan was always available to assist me, whether it was retrieving my vehicle or providing recommendations for dinner. That level of service is hard to find in today's world.
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Jonathan for making my stay at the Holiday Inn so enjoyable. His exceptional service is a credit to the hotel and the Laz parking in general , and I will make sure to request him every time I stay there in the future.
If you're a guest at the Holiday Inn in downtown Brooklyn, do yourself a favor and request Jonathan as your valet attendant. He's a true gem, and his exceptional service will make your stay a memorable one.
I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn in downtown Brooklyn to anyone traveling to the area. With excellent service and a prime location, it's the perfect choice for business travelers and tourists alike with a lot of places to go around in that area:)

Do not take your car here, they will double park it across the street with the flashers on. Pathetic excuse of a parking garage. The city needs to step in and close it

Horrible. Charged me an extra $10 because my car was "oversized." I drive a VW Golf Wagen. Same height and footprint as a sedan. The attendant told me it was because it is a hatchback and they require extra space. Funny, it fit on the lift they use for regular cars just fine.
I'll never park her again. Complete rip off.
