  They shouldn’t even get a one star. Ive used many valet parking garages. None as terrible and unprofessional as this one. My car along with a bunch of others have been damaged time and time again at this garage. They have a constant revolving door of valet guys coming in coz the management here (specifically johann) doesn’t know how to retain good employees. Hes not only toxic but unprofessional too. He tries to hide away when someone complains about damage to their cars and makes excuses for why he can’t resolve the complaint. The good employees they had are driven out by management’s toxic behavior and then they replace them With temps and lazy guys who don’t do the job right. I know at least 10 residents here whose cars were damaged badly by the valets. Park here at your own risk. Chances of having ur car damaged here are probably higher than on the streets. Open less than one year and already damaged at least 10 cars and this garage is not even fully occupied.

  I am leaving 5 stars because Manager Benjamin was in good communication with me and i am waiting for them to get Ev chargers ASAP and Also need them to be open 24/7 Please)))
