If you send them a message asking to take the car out and it’s during a shift change, the new guy will not look at the existing messages or something bizarre like that. This happened multiple times already. Management: talk to your employees about basics of working with customers.

They were always prompt and courteous, and they worked together as a team. Edwin the manager is thoughtful and responsive. Carlos had my car ready for me every morning, and I dropped it off with Henry every afternoon. Each team member was kind, thoughtful, and added a personal touch that made us feel like family. Even on days we didn't get the car, we'd often stop and chat with the team because they were so lovely. Thank you! We miss you!

What I did not realize was that he was rude to my family members who were from out of state coming to NYC for the first time for a wedding (they had reserved a parking in advance). About an hour later, I had encountered him being rude to me as when I was trying to ask about parking availability. Two seperate incidents with different customers and he was rude. I will NOT visit this parking garage again and I am a ny resident. I am sorry that I even suggested this garage to my family members.
