  Parked my car here on Saturday May 17 with a time slot of 2pm to 8pm, unfortunately I started feeling sick and we had to leave before the planned time. We arrived back at the garage at around 5pm only to be told my car is underground and their elevator isn’t working to retrieve my car. The agent working was extremely unprofessional and I think it was mainly due to nervousness but who are you calling to help this situation. I ultimately had to leave my car and take a cab to the urgent care to get medical attention.

  Arrived in a SUV with my family and they said the car was too big- even though we booked via spot hero there was no prior warning on size. They wouldn’t let us in and offered no refund. Scammers.

  Ernest was a total gentleman who was charming and very attentive in terms of security and attention to detail. This parking lot is honest and clearly not as hectic as others I have come across. You do not feel hustled and are calm knowing a trusted individual is ensuring your car is safe.
