I can tell by their character and demeanor that I won’t have to deal with any of the problems other reviewers are posting/venting. Sign up for monthly parking online for better rates and get the app. With how parking and driving is in LIC, you won’t regret it :)
- JRJohn RobieMar 7, 20191.0The worst. My car was damaged they gave me the runaround and would not take responsibility. Do not park here if you have a decent car. And the car is never ready when ordered and the attendants are never around they are usually asleep in the cars.

Do not assume anything, get everything documented take photos and always call Zip car if any small issue whatsoever. Clients of this parking space deserve better treatment and greater respect.
- MMMatthew MigliozziMay 14, 20181.0Be careful if you choose to use this garage. Made a reservation using an online parking service and then was charged an additional 50% when leaving. Online venders will charge you the base rate but that will be subject to additional fees at the garage. One of these fees is for oversized vehicles (greater than 180 inches long). By these standards a Toyota Camry is more than a foot "oversized". Honestly, I would look into other garages in the area.
