They will intentionally make you wait so your time goes over to the next hour and you get charged for it and claim there is nothing they can do. Interesting response from ownership. It’s either an automated response or insensitive and tone deaf. Insulting either way. If they really cared, how about offering to reach out and investigate the situation. Given the number of bad reviews it’s clear they really don’t care about their customers as there has been no effort to fix their clear problems.
