They damaged my wife's car with obvious white paint from their wall. Every time we call, they use the excuse that there is no manager. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! Other, more reputable places will take better care of your car and be more responsive to issues.

Worst experience ever, even though I’ve been a loyal customer at the Lawerence Street location. The elevator door was not working, and I was told I had no option but to leave my car overnight. I have documented proof that my Uber rides as well as my parking for 08/31-09/01/2020 will be reimbursed as per one of the employee working there. I went to retrieve my car this morning only to be billed for Overnight parking, and told that my Uber trips will not be reimbursed. Refused to give me a supervisor name and number. The worst experience I’ve had at any parking lot. I expect to have my trips reimbursed as well as overnight parking if the elevator is not working and I cannot retrieve my car.

I arrived to get my car at approximately 3:45 PM only to discover that the garage's elevators were broken and they were unable to get any customers cars. After a 2 hour and 45 minute wait they were able to get one elevator working. During the wait the company sent over one more attendant to help with the backlog. Unfortunately only one of the attendants spoke English which hampered efforts. At one point they actually started to argue very loudly between the two of them as to who would actually get the cars. Not good. To top it off after waiting nearly 3 hours they did not even offer me a discount and insisted on charging me full price. Needless to say I will not be returning, I have already found a cheaper garage only a few blocks away, which is great since I was a daily customer. I am a local concierge in a 500 unit building and I will be directing my residents to the cheaper garage, obviously. Absolutely horrible customer service.
