- EBElizabeth BazziniNov 3, 20251.0Decided to give this place a try since their early bird sign said $15.40. Turns out the cost is actually $21.50 after the taxes and fees. I should have stuck with my usual parking garage, Metropolis, off Jay street. It’s closer to work and $19.99. $19 for early bird and only .99 fee. No extra hidden fees.

They sent us to another one of their locations on Gold & Fulton (this one). When we left, the staff claimed we arrived late (!!!) and we spent half an hour battling them to get our car back. This company seems to thrive on confusion, delay, and flat-out dishonesty- it feels like a scam dressed up as a parking service. Save yourself the money and the headache: park literally anywhere else. Awful customer service experience - and horrific smell.

They will bring out yor car in advance if you text them before you arrive, which cannot always be said for other garages in the area. They do charge a higher monthly prices compared to the other garages in the area.
