However, was charging when an angry man who appears to manage Windsor Farms (driving a blk Honda Accord) backed his car into us as we were charging - barely missing our front fender. Did I mention it was an absolutely EMPTY parking lot? He doesn't have an electric car but took over the one available spot DELIBERATELY. Blocking another car altogether. What's up with that?
