    Made a reservation on their website for 6pm pickup. When I got there they were closed. Couldn’t pick up the rental. An employee in her car about to leave. I asked her about pickup and she said for 6pm pickup I need to be there before 6 because they close at 6. Why would I be able to book a rental for when they are closed? If I have to be there before 6, that’s not 6. It’s not that employees fault, but enterprise should not let you reserve for when they are closed.

    I had a good overall experience picking up and returning the car. The team was nice, and the location was convenient. The only downside is that I could not close the windows because the car smelled like cigarettes. I hope I was unfortunate and that the enterprise team did not have time to check this when the person before me returned the car. However, I hope they clean the car for the next customer.
