Pick up is always super quick, and the customer service is always great too - friendly and people working here. I returned my rental today (Monday morning after the huge snow storm) and I had parked it across the street Saturday in anticipation of the storm. The guy I talked to was the best - he let me leave the key with him even though they weren't officially taking returns for another 45 minutes and said they'd take care of digging it out of the massive snow plow mountain of snow. I'm definitely going to keep coming back here.
