  Part 2(continued from 66th Street location): Let’s talk about Mr. Ricky! Every side street in Bay Ridge is nothing short of treacherous and under-plowed as of this morning. A salt truck was literally stuck just before the entrance of the ERAC garage entrance. So I went around the neighborhood in hopes that I could come down the other way, but the cars were also stuck in the street on the other side. As I parked and contemplated how I should notify my employers that I would be late to the office… there was a knock at the window - it was your staff, Ricky, with a check-in IPad in hand! Won’t he do it!!! 🙌🏾 Ricky took possession of the car on a side street so that I could get to the train and make it to work on time today. I appreciate the teamwork between Jose (who notified Ricky of me being en route to deliver the vehicle) and Ricky! Nothing but smiles and understanding of my needs to complete this transaction despite all the ice and obstacles. They deserve praise and bonuses - you guys did a great deal of maneuvering outside of your norm to help close out a customer - and I am super happy for that. Faith restored in ERAC! Happily, Very loooooong-time ERAC member

  Great service picking up and returning my rental. A warm welcome and a kind goodbye, courtesy and respectful crew. Made sure I left promptly and dropped me off at the train station , as I am a disabled Veteran. Classy staff.......

  Picking up the car at 2 pm in the Fort Hamilton rental place is not ideal,they go to lunch from 2pm to 3pm so you have to wait for them to return during those hours and the same to return the car,I had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot to return the car.The young man that rented the car to me was very personable and helpful,I rented an economy Mitsubishi with less than 13,000 miles on it and it sounded like it has a diesel engine,the wipers need replacing and had no wiper fluid,thankfully I just needed the car for one day just to get from point A to point B.
