    Do not leave your belongings here... They will steal from you... I left a usb stick in a rental that I returned... Spoke to a rep named Murray there... They said they found it... By the time I got there they acted like they didn't know where it was... The manager decided to say I'm accusing Murray of stealing. However, they were unable to locate my usb stick. The car that I brought in had already been taken so there was no way of seeing if it was still in the car. Anyone who rents from here... Make sure you get evertrhing out before you leave.

    I got stuck in traffic (in Connecticut of course) and missed the noon drop off time. They would not let me drop the vehicle at another site. The site they were forcing me to drop off at was closed Sundays and then closed Monday for the Labor Day holiday, so I was charged 3 additional days. Will not use them again. Use a company that is a little more flexible.
