    Really sad state of affairs at this location. Horrible availability, always overbooked and understaffed. The car they gave me broke down, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere, and I had to spend over $200 to arrange my own transportation to pick up a replacement car. Thank god I did, too - it was getting dark, the tow truck didn't come for 6 hours, and I could have died in the cold if I wasn't able to find transportation. I was never reimbursed for any of this. An associate gave me a hand-written "free rental day" card, which of course was never honored. I had no success with contacting corporate either, which is why I feel compelled to write this review. I rent cars frequently, both for work and personal use, and I had been to this location many times previously. Sadly, after the experience I had, I'd rather go to the Avis down the block. Edit: I appreciate the response, but if you read my review you'll see that I already contacted corporate about the incident (twice, actually!) and never received a response. Thanks for trying.
