They could have at least checked their inventory before I traveled 5 miles to the downtown Brooklyn location in an Uber. Very dissatisfied with the rental. And believe that the worker who downgraded me should not have a position that requires working with the public. Maybe washing or transportation of vehicles would be a better position for him.
