From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and had a great sense of humor that immediately made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. I had a few concerns, and Ashley took the time to listen carefully and walk me through my options. She made sure I fully understood everything and helped me make the best decision without ever feeling rushed or pressured. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. I would also like to acknowledge the manager, who was very helpful and supportive despite working through recovery. His dedication and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed and added to the overall positive experience.
