    Came because I had car in repair shop. Made reservation online. Waited over 1 hour just to be told I would have to pay extra. And that they had no cars even tho I had a reservation already. So I would have to wait even longer if I wanted to wait for a rental to be available.

    Very caring, they were closed 15 minutes after 6pm and still helped me Return the car. I Wish i i remembered the ladies names who helped me and also was my therapist to calm me down. Another Enterprise was not as accommodating as this one Forster ave the one to go to.

    Horrible experience especially the office located on foster Ave.Overall I had a horrible experience their employees are very unprofessional.Bottom line I’m beyond disappointed as a customer .I spent to much money with them to not be satisfied. Someone named Cristine replied to my comment but no one has yet called me about my concerns.Again they are unprofessional.
