  I made a reservation for rental for work travel. Since I have to leave today, Sunday, I unfortunately made the reservation at this location. I have to be at my work location by today and was not able to retrieve a vehicle. Running to the airport to get a vehicle. The issue is not so much that no vehicles are available but I wish I would’ve received a phone call before wasting time and heading to this location. Also, waited a long time to even find out no vehicles available. I will place a complaint with my travel unit and will no longer use this company. My colleagues have run into similar experiences of not being able to get rentals at this company.

  Déçu de cettte entreprise Car nous avons payé et réserver un pick up full size et avons payé le prix Et en fin de compte nous avons reçus un petit pick up Qui ne nous servais pas à grand chose mais que nous avons besoin dans l’urgence Donc nous avons pas eu le choix de le prendre En rentrant dans la voiture le plein d’essence n’était pas mis Bref que des petit détails qui ont rendu cette location mauvaise

  This was the WORST car rental experience I have ever had and I will not be using Enterprise ever again! I booked a rental for a 7 passenger car to be picked up Saturday morning. On Friday afternoon, I received a call from Enterprise confirming the size of the car I needed and that I would still be coming for my rental. I said yes and confirmed the size. When I arrived to the Foster Avenue location Saturday morning I was told they did not have the car that I needed and that they had to call a different location to see if they had it (this was the first inconvenience). I’m not sure why they called to confirm the vehicle if it was not going to be available. I was then told that I had to go to a different location (further away delaying my trip) to pick up the rental. I drove myself to the next location(they offered to have an employee take me but also informed me they were short staffed)(this was the second inconvenience). Before leaving, the gentleman who was assisting me let me know I could drop the rental back to either location. When I got to the second location the car was ready for me and I confirmed with the lady there that I could drop the car back at either location and she would prefer it back at this one so they could have it in the lot. That was no problem for me at all, specially since I drove myself to the 2nd location and parked my car over there. The next day when I drove to the location to return the car, because this was a 1 day rental, the location is CLOSED (third inconvenience). Why would both employees tell me I could return it to either location and fail to mention this one is closed on Sundays???? I now have to drive BACK TO THE FIRST LOCATION and return this car before they close at 12. I now have to call someone to pick me up from the 1st location and bring me back to the 2nd location where my car is parked (fourth inconvenience). This was a horrible experience and I will NEVER book with them again!

  This past sunday, the employees at this location saved the day. I had originally rented from Avis location at the airport because of the time that i needed the car for and the kind of car i needed to rent (12 passenger van). From 7am till 11am, i stayed at the avis location. I called this location even with seeing online that they had no availabilities and was told they had a car. I took an uber and quickly made my way there from the airport. The staff knew who exactly who i was and proceeded to help me as quickly as they could. I GOT AN SUV. YAY. The purpose of renting the car was to take my kids to celebrate their birthdays. They saved the day and made me awesome in my children's eyes. They are amazing and they go above and beyond everytime. This is the 6th time i am renting from this location and i will never go elsewhere again. Thank you foster avenue team. You guys are the absolute best.
