  I use this location all the time, great staff always willing to work with you just watch out for Victor! Lol, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a rental car.

  I gave 4 stars and not 5 because of the person I spoke to over the phone. She was rude & super inconsiderate. However, my in office experience was 1000/10 with Nigel! Truly a gem & would only consider returning because of him!

  Brooklyn Marine Park Car Rental I wanted to bring this matter to your attention and formally report an incident that occurred today (9/29)involving your employee NIGEL,so it can be reviewed and addressed. My car was in car accident 8/13 and the gentlemen that hit my car is insured with progressive.Ive been in a rental since 8/18 and still waiting for the auto body to finish repairs on my car.The representative from progressive that handles the rental car portion of this claim is responsible for extending out my rental until my car repairs are completed,the last car extension was extended out until 9/26/25.I actually did my due diligence and reached out to enterprise 9/25 to see if progressive extended my rental out further than 9/26 and was told no. I then called the gentleman from progressive to see if he was able to extend the rental out further due to my vehicle not being completed however I received no response.I informed enterprise and told them that I would continue to reach out to them (literally playing middle man) This morning (9/29) I received a call from NIGEL at enterprise and he rudely stated in the most aggressive tone that “If progressive does not answer our calls and respond to our notice sent out to them last week then we will charge your card on file”. Mind you Im a Critical Care Registered Nurse and just leaving work so exhausted after having the roughest night in the ICU, literally had no energy. I explained to Nigel that, Im aware of the situation and that Ive also been trying to contact them.Before I could finish my statement he said,”If they dont pay then we’re charging your card”. Again I said please listen to me and stop threatening me,”I will contact progressive,Im just waiting for them to get into the office and…..He interrupted me again threatening to charge my card.I then asked for his name and to speak to his manager,he responded “Nigel,do you want me to spell that out for you”. I was very upset,disconcerted and momentarily unsettled during the exchange.Your employee spoke to me in a disrespectful manner,raising their voice, ignored my question,making dismissive remarks and pretty much threatening to charge my card although I was trying to explain to him what the dilemma was.I found his behavior unprofessional and it was very upsetting.Its important that all employees demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers. Ive never had this sort of interaction with anyone else from this location. John,Luke and Victor have all been so amazing and professional.Every other representative from this location has been kind.Just a reminder to a few,it pays 0 to be kind to people, you never know what someone is going through.There was no reason to speak to me the way Nigel did. Thank you
