  Great customer service, long wait time on the weekends however the guys at the office does a great job assisting everyone in a timely manner.

  the branch service was good. this review is related to their citation department ( and customer service department which offers no resolution) enterprise the car rental company marked 'citation fee' on receipt, but actually it's the service fee and you have to deal with and pay for all actual citation fees. Lesson learn: take care of the citation on your own. 1. On the receipt, there's a fee marked as 'CITATION FEE'. But it turns out that it's the administration service charge from the enterprise, not the actual citation fee from the city agency. It caused a misunderstanding that I thought my credit card was charged for the citation fee which is exactly the amount of $25. 2. on this notification email, it says 'If a credit card was used for this rental, we will be assessing these charges and the fee', which made me believe the enterprise will pay for the CHARGES and FEEs. But they donot list out what kind of fees (administration service fee, or exactly the citation fee for the city agency). Besides this, there're another statement about the extra service fee. that's why I thought the actual citation fee will be charged directly on my credit card. finally the enterprise only transform the liability, and did nothing. ( I did the work of appeal on the date of citation notice).  3. There's no communication after this email. I'm not getting information from the enterprise or the agency until there's a surcharge and late penalty fee. I did the appeal on the date of citation and do all of the job. There's barely any work from enterprise and also caused huge trouble and fees now.

  The service attitude of the staff there was absolutely perfect; if I could, I'd give them 100 stars! We had a minor accident during our rental period, and when we returned the car, they first offered their condolences, asked if we were injured, and then handled the situation very quickly and professionally. They were patient and kind throughout the entire process, answering all our questions without any impatience. I'm truly grateful to them! I will only choose this company for future car rentals and will recommend them to all my friends!

  Location is great with easy access from the 8th Ave N stop. Pickup and Return process also one of the easier ones I've seen. Plenty of staff, all of whom are efficient and helpful.
