An Enterprise representative picked me up directly from the body shop and drove me to the local branch. When they realized they didn’t have an SUV available at that location, they went out of their way to search nearby branches and quickly found one for me. They then personally drove me to another location so I could pick up the SUV without any hassle. The pickup process was smooth and efficient, and when my repairs were finished, I was able to return the rental directly to the body shop, which made everything even more convenient. I’m very pleased with the service Enterprise provided professional, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommend!
