Arrived to a locked up lot that looked abandoned, when I called hertz the admitted they failed to inform me that the location closed at 1 even thought the let me book a reservation at 1 (I arrived at 1:05). There was no call to alert me to arrive at 12:40 (which the phone operator said I would have had to arrive at in order to get a car). There are soooo many better services to use than this one so would recommend those instead (avis, hertz, zipcar even for the price enterprise is charging). When I discussed this with the. phone operator, she was so unhelpful and tried to still charge me for the reservation even though I wouldn’t be able to get the car. BOOK anywhere else and you’ll get a much more seamless and cost effective experience!!
