    Staff super friendly and attentive. Cars are always a good selection and are clean for the most part. Quick in and out every time. My go to every time I’m in Brooklyn to get a car rental.

    My experience with this location was wonderful! The entire team went out of their way to make sure I was helped for a rental that went horribly wrong. The team even found my cell phone I left by mistake in the car and came out personally to return it to me. I thank them for their care and service and I will be back!

    Today, I was a customer at 1212 Coney Island Enterprise. There are two young persons who are, presently, working the desks (a black woman and a white male). They were very professional, kind and went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, it was covered with water. These two came out of the office to wet dry my car. I complimented them on their work ethic. As a matter of fact I said "I have been coming here for years and you are by far the best team 'here' so far." Enterprise please honor these young workers they are excellent. I also appreciate their calm persona. Excellent workers... 5 Stars ...!
